Serves 1

1¼ cups coconut water

¾ cup frozen mango

¾ cup frozen pineapple

¾ teaspoon spirulina

Handful of fresh spinach

 

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

If desired, add a scoop of hemp protein powder and/or avocado for a more filling smoothie.
