Jacqui Tomlinson-Smith is a trained physical therapist, doula, childbirth educator and lactation consultant and owns Beyond Basics Medical Day Spa and RVC Rehab Services. She was the island’s first physical therapist, doula and Lamaze educator, and set up physical therapy and formal childbirth education in the Cayman Islands. Jacqui was awarded an MBE in 2003 in recognition of her work with handicapped children, contribution to education, and fundraising for the new George Town Public Library.

Beyond Basics offers a range of services including hair, tattoo and birth mark removal, skin rejuvenation for various imperfections, wrinkle reduction, skin tightening, Botox, Juvederm, HydraFacials, customized chemical peels, hair and nail services as well as makeup. Beyond Basics also offers a pro-shop, stocking professional medical grade beauty products.

RVC Rehab Services offers Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Lamaze Childbirth Education. They offer many unique services and cover a wide range of issues including neurological, musculoskeletal, sports and women’s health-related. They also offer weight management and fitness training in their medical-oriented gym and their pro-shop supplies orthopedic devices, custom orthotics, kinesio taping, pregnancy comfort items as well as Biofreeze pain relief gel and Theraband products.
