Ideal for nature lovers and adventurers, avid rock climber David Verhoeven says scaling the Bluff is a unique and educational experience. One of his favorite spots is the climb at Lighthouse Point where the Bluff falls directly into the sea.
“[With] booby birds and frigates flying overhead, waves crashing beneath you, and a sea breeze at your back – you are directly connected with nature while you are climbing,” he says.
Fueled by their passion for the rugged beauty of the Brac, David and his brother William Verhoeven, along with fellow climbing enthusiast Angel Robledo, launched Rock Iguana Ltd. in 2016. It’s Cayman’s first and only rock climbing and adventure tourism company.
