Dr. Cesar Velilla is Medical Director of Evolution M.D. He received his medical degree of Physician and Surgeon from Pontificia Bolivariana University in Colombia, graduating in the top three in his class.
Post-graduation he worked in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine before working in Internal Medicine and Intensive Care at Jackson Memorial Hospital /University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Velilla has over 13 years of experience in all areas of Aesthetics. He is certified in Botox, Restylane, Perlane, Cosmelan, laser hair removal, laser therapies among many others. He is certified in SLIMLIPO and developed a new technique, V-SLIMSCULPTURE, in which he trains other practitioners.
Dr. Velilla is member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, The American College of Physicians, The American Medical Association, The American Board of Internal Medicine, The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and The American Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgery (ASCLS). His accolades include American Top Physician 2009 and Patient Choice Award 2008-2012.
